Job Description
Responsibilities:
• We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with the following competencies and technical skills
• You will bring business expertise on eCommerce and functional expertise on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to transform the shopping experience.
• Participate in planning and implementing eCommerce solutions for global markets.
• Recommend solutions to improve Commerce functionalities and business practices procedures.
• Evaluate information received deconstruct high-level information into functional details and translate low-level information into business requirements.
• Produce business flowcharts or other visual aids to communicate changes to the business teams.
• Check feasibility by comparing functional needs with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud solution and make recommendations to the Product Owner.
• Manage multiple initiatives, priorities, tasks and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
• Assist the business team and QA team in designing test cases, validating the features and end-to-end testing.
• Triage product bugs during User Acceptance Testing
Qualifications :
The qualifications below are ideal, but not all are required. We encourage candidates to apply if they satisfy some, but not all of the qualifications.
• 5-8 years of professional Business Analyst experience, working with either business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) eCommerce sites
• In-depth knowledge of out-of-the-box platform features for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Must have Salesforce Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Office Suite, requirements management (e.g. Confluence), and ticketing system (e.g. Jira, Service Management, etc.)
• General working knowledge of the following concepts or demonstrate willingness and ability to rapidly learn to apply knowledge:
• Salesforce Site Readiness Assessment (SRA) process
• Ecommerce Business Process and Flow Best Practices
• Data Mapping
• User experience design and usability
• Merchandising, content management, site search optimization
• Order management, payment process, fraud, taxation, fulfilment, customer service
Conceptual understanding of:
• Integration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, Salesforce OMS, Salesforce Lightning, and other systems
• Analytics and eCommerce metrics and tagging
• XML/API docs
• Digital Marketing (SEO, paid search, email, social)
• CBAP or Certified e-commerce Business Analysis Professional Certification is a must
• Familiarity with the Agile development process and ability to lead the Agile culture
