Key Objective of the Job
Business Analyst having hand-on working knowledge in FinnOne Neo (CAS & LMS) for IT Project Delivery.
Major Deliverables:
Manage existing and new IT Projects in FinnOne Neo.
Manage end to end project life cycles, user handholding and post live support
Hands-on working experience in FinnOne Neo (CAS & LMS)
Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
Coordinating for User Acceptance Testing and closure of defects
Responsible for resolution of queries from users from time to time
Work closely with the development partners
Should have good knowledge in retail Lending domain (Origination, Servicing)
Specialized job competencies:
Analysis & Communication Techniques
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate: BE / BTech/MCA, Preferably: MBA
Desired Experience:
4 to 12 yrs. experience in IT department in lending business, working with (any Bank/NBFC/IT company/ IT product company/ Fintech company) in delivery and/or operation management function.
Hand-on working experience in FinnOne Neo (LMS & CAS)
Experience in working with APIs
Experience in software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, and documentation)
Must be adept in managing vendors development team.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to a business environment with fast changing requirements and priorities
Other desired attributes:
Should possess strong oral and written communication skills
Good in developing wireframes using any tools of his/her comfort. Able to articulate requirements in a pictorial notation.
Should possess API understanding.
