As an expert in Guidewire PolicyCenter, you’ll work with and lead a team that will help clients harness technology systems in Insurance focusing on areas such as Customer Management, product management, policy management and transactions, rating and digital. In our Guidewire team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background
Experience on Guidewire Cloud, ClaimCenter preferred. BillingCenter and Claim Center considered
Deep understanding of Claims and the Guidewire Claims lifecycle
Broader experience on Guidewire cloud concepts
Deep business communication skills – both presentation and written communication skills
Leading Guidewire BA teams (on and offshore) in complex Guidewire initiatives and drive through the solution, working closely with senior stakeholders and business SMEs and technical teams
Driving and improving processes and standards for the BA teams to deliver value to clients
Working in complex business and IT environments supporting our customers to modernize their business models and align the IT architecture
Leading estimating of requirements / user stories, allocating work across geographically dispersed team members and managing and reviewing work for completeness and quality
Managing and/or contributing to project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and successful completion of engagement work stream(s).
Performing a hands on Guidewire Business Analyst role that ranges from identifying business needs through, requirements gathering, to articulating the functional requirements required for Guidewire core transformation programs.
Supporting Business Development activities including responding to proposals, identifying and developing propositions and seeking ways to develop and improve our Guidewire tools and accelerators.
