Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Product Analyst who will work with the product development team to analyze the business processes, documents its processes and systems, and outlines business requirements. A business analyst bridges the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business value.
• Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers
• Create Technical documentation, PRD, and API documentation
• Making presentations to both stakeholders product managers and developers
• Evaluating business processes, predicting requirements, designing and implementing solutions
• Evaluates all strengths and weaknesses, measure the future business value, and then convert this data into business requirements documentation
• Competitor research and analysis
Qualifications
• Technical Background with 2-3 years of experience
• Analytical Problem Solving capabilities
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
• The basic software knowledge, programming language knowledge
• Understanding of Databases and Networks
• Process Flow Analysis & Business Process documentation
• Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
• Detail-oriented individual who can quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
• Experience working with the engineering team
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take a leadership role when necessary
• Basic knowledge of the different development methods of software
