The incumbent will evaluate available tools (e.g., Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, RedCAP, ASIIS), recommend the best solution for specific workflows, map end-to-end processes, configure systems, and train small teams to ensure successful adoption. This role may also conduct targeted research to support programmatic decision-making and improve operational reach.
