About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst who will analyse our entire business to identify pain points and develop and implement a strategy that is compelling to C-level. The Junior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in our strategic decision-making processes, tasked with solving intricate business problems and propelling the organization forward. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of both business and technology, exceptional analytical skills, and the capacity to communicate complex concepts to senior executives
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analyses of complex business processes to identify root causes of critical issues.
• Develop and implement innovative, strategic solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Synthesize complex data and insights into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and detailed reports to articulate findings, recommendations, and potential business impacts.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, providing thought leadership and influencing strategic decision-making processes.
• Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover actionable insights and trends.
• Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and understand multifaceted business needs.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible terms.
Qualifications:
• MBA from a top-tier business school.
• With 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a demonstrable impact on business strategy and outcomes.
• Extensive experience in using HubSpot for various functions, including CRM management, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Superior analytical skills, with expertise in advanced data analysis and interpretation.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, with experience addressing complex business issues.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Significant experience working directly with senior executives, including CEOs.
• Proficiency in advanced business analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, R, Python).
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong independent work ethic and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
• Deep expertise in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in specialized analytical software and tools relevant to the industry.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
Technical requirements:
• Windows 11 and above operating system or MacOS 13+
• 256GB Storage space - minimum
• 8GB RAM - minimum
• Dual Core CPU - minimum
• Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
• Headset: Noise cancelling (preferably)
• Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
