Business Analyst – Full-Time (Melbourne, VIC)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the continued growth and optimisation of our digital platform within the construction technology sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business processes, user behaviour, and system performance to drive data-driven improvements and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse platform user behaviour, subscription data, and engagement metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical development
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Prepare structured reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend optimisation strategies
Assist in the implementation and refinement of workflows and operational processes
Conduct market and competitor analysis within the construction technology industry
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
