We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our technology delivery team. This team supports a diverse portfolio of client-facing and internal initiatives across customer communications, document composition, inbound document processing, and omni-channel delivery. The role sits in a collaborative delivery environment where strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and practical solution design are critical to successful outcomes.

About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand problems, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective end-to-end solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are aligned to business outcomes and are clearly understood by delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
Lead discovery and requirements definition activities
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and structured discussions
Create high-quality artefacts including business requirements, user stories, and process maps
Ensure requirements are prioritised, testable, and traceable
Support analysis across the full communication lifecycle, including content generation, composition logic, approval workflows, and delivery across digital and print channels.
Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies and support informed decision-making
What you will bring
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in customer communications management, document composition, correspondence platforms, or omni-channel communication environments
Ability to translate complex problems into clear and structured requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Exposure to regulated or high-volume communications environments is advantageous
