Role: Business Analyst ( Pre Sales )
Desired Experience Range : 1.5 yrs - 4yrs
Location : Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, ( On-site)

Responsibilities:
• Communication with prospects through multiple modes & medium including Email, Skype, Call
• Preparation of feature list (or Understanding Document) to gather ballpark estimates from the technical team.
• Preparation of detailed feature list/wireframes to gather accurate estimates from the technical team if project cost > USD 5000.
• Proposal Drafting.
• After lead closure, sending contract agreement to client + inform client about Project Initiation phase of 5–6 days via project kick-off email.
• Sending upfront invoice to client
• Requesting for a knowledge transfer and handover session within 1–2 days of lead closure.
• Participate in add-ons discussions with clients along with the BA (if client or team raises the scope issues).
• Request for feedback/testimonial from client once requested by PM.
• Maintain leads in the lead management tool.
• Estimate Library Management at a centralized location. And access it when required.
• Communication modes allowed with client: Phone (Official Number with recording), Skype (Official ID with recording), Email through PM tool, direct email (official ID)
• In case of any project/process related issues, approach the PM.
• Have regular discussions with the PM to discuss the project pipeline and work hard to get new projects for the team.
• Updating contract/business proposal as required
