Job Description
Business Analystwillprovidea customer service-based approach to the coordination of various activities forthe Human Resources Operations teamatworld headquarters intheU.S.TheBusiness Analystteam partners will allteams within Human Resourcesand with stakeholders throughout the business to evaluate current processes, manage/prioritize initiatives/projects, elevate enterprise-wide HR service delivery, andassistin driving innovation and change.
Providesupport totheHuman Resources Operations team focused on initiative/project management, process improvement, and enterprise-wide HR service delivery
Reviewingof existing processes and recommendation of new processes

Create andmaintainprocess documents across all functional areas of human resources
Partner withHR ProjectManagers toassistwith a variety of tasks related to initiatives and projects
Coordinate project deliverables and action itemsacrossmultiple functional areas of human resources
Ensure that all project documents are updated andaccurate
Utilize Workfront and other project management tools to prepareproject status reports and analytics for managers/project teams

Compile and organize data in response to internal and external requests

Utilizing internal and external resources, research various human resources topics. Prepare and present findings
Review correspondence and respond/route/file appropriately

Recommend process improvements to increase efficiencyinperforming job duties or improve client experience

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in businessor related field; an emphasis in Human Resources ManagementorCertification related to Business Analystwith1yearof experienceispreferred.
Experience in,Visio,Advance Excelor other related toolsis preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize asneeded.
Must have the ability to clearly and effectively present information to all levels of employees, management, and external vendors
Strong attention to detail,organization,and time managementskills
