Job Description: Business Analyst - Remote We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills to join our Agile team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between different business units/ functional users, and the development team, ensuring seamless coordination and clear understanding of project goals. This role involves facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable Features and User Stories in Azure DevOps.
Requirements:
5 years of experience/knowledge of Backlog Management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker
Significant experience designing online user experiences for complex digital solutions.
Ability to delivery on a product with a balanced team (product owner, user experience designers, developers) utilizing Agile (SCRUM) delivery methodologies.
You will also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail.\
