Job Summary
• Ventra Health, a leading business solutions provider for facility-based physicians, is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst professional specializing in AI & Automation to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging AI and UiPath to optimize business processes through automation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure quality across automation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design automation solutions, and validate their efficacy in enhancing operational efficiency.
What you will be doing:
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand their business process requirements, identifying opportunities for automation to streamline operations. You will translate these business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, developing comprehensive process workflows and solution design documents tailored to these requirements. As part of the quality assurance process, you will conduct rigorous testing to validate the automation solutions against the specified requirements. You will also play a pivotal role in providing training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption.
Essential Functions And Tasks
Must Have Functions and Tasks:
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in T-SQL for database querying and analysis.
• Python Skills: Use Python for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and creating visualizations.
• Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI Basics – being able to import a dataset and create basic visuals.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to think critically and outside of the box.
• Self-motivated with the capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives.
• Basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Curiosity.
Nice To Have Functions and Tasks:
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
• Exploratory data analysis.
Education And Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years with strong SQL skills.
