Business Analyst
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst with loan servicing expereince, identifying gaps, improving processes, and collaborating with business users and developers. This is a key role to enhance processes, improve the loan servicing portal, and ensure seamless feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements
Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Lead sprints, daily stand-ups, and other sprint ceremonies
Coordinate with external vendors for feature implementation
Prepare release notes, UAT test scenarios, and assist with testing
Document current and future processes, suggesting improvements
Investigate and resolve production support issues
What You'll Need:
Experience in loan servicing (asset finance knowledge is desirable)
Proficiency in Agile methodology and working with APIs, DevOps, and SharePoint
Basic understanding of JSON, XML, and SQL
Familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio or LucidChart
3+ years in a similar role
Australian working rights (citizen or PR) are required
