As a Business Analyst at WNPL, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our technical team. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the implementation of efficient solutions. Your insights will drive the development of cutting-edge software applications and AI/ML models.

Experience: 4 - 15 Years

Salary: ₹ 8 - 16 Lakhs PA

Location: Ernakulam, Kochi

Work from home: Currently the Ernakulam team is working from home, since the Covid day. Hence you should have a computer machine and software to work from home now. When our office in Ernakulam Infopark opens, you would be required to work from the office.

Mandatory:
• Excellent written English.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Communicate effectively with developers, designers, and testers.
• Test applications before passing them to clients for UAT.
• Take responsibility for products being delivered.
• Manage team and projects as needed.
• Work with clients online as needed.
• Ability to work during Australian, UK, and USA time zones as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-depth data analysis on multiple product initiatives and share deep insights along with actionable recommendations.
• Identify key success metrics, track, and analyse performance, constantly seeking improvements to drive maximum usage and achieve business objectives.
• Use data analytics, product metrics, market and UI/UX research, competitive and market analysis to drive new customer insights and prioritize product initiatives.
• Combine customer insights and domain expertise to conceptualize cutting-edge software solutions.
• Develop deep domain expertise in relevant business areas.
• Be responsible for business goals defined for the product initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to various configurations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Create and present solutions and proof of concept for business process optimization.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies and maintain historical records of tests and results.
• Monitor performance metrics to track, measure, and report on effectiveness and goal attainment.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new configurations and functionalities.
• Communicate effectively with developers, designers, and testers.
• Test applications before passing them to clients for UAT.
• Take responsibility for products being delivered.
• Manage team and projects as needed.
• Work with clients online as needed.
• Handle a host of projects from clients simultaneously.
• Understand communications from WNPL's clients and write summaries for client verification. Once verified, pass them to developers and other team members as necessary.
• Communicate client correspondences with development team, and vice versa
• Understand bugs/change/feature requests raised by clients, handle them, reply to clients, and pass the tasks to the team for actioning.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Excellent written English.
• Experience in handling and gathering client requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Experience with AI/ML applications and big data services is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work during Australian, UK, and USA time zones as needed.
• Experience with SQL queries and data analysis.
