Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for driving Sales/Servicing and revenue generation. He/she will be responsible for stakeholder management. He will be responsible for stakeholder management. Increase productivity team-wise in terms of Sales/servicing.
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Gathering Consumer Insights to build a sustainable revenue-generating vertical.
2. Stakeholder management
3. Execution of any tactical and strategic business change.
4. Reporting and Documentation of function's status, challenges and improvement.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 0-2 years in a similar role
• BE/B.Tech from NIT/BITS Pilani or MBA from Top B-Colleges
• People who are good with Critical Thinking,Great with problem Solving and want to excel in a Central Role.
• Project Management, Program Coordination, and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Analytically sound with good data understanding, At the same time ready to work on the ground level as well
• Hustler and willing to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is required.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
