Our initiatives include reducing air pollution due to stubble burning in Punjab and producing 100k tonne of high-quality sustainable rice in South India Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analysis & ESG Strategy Associate to help drive our B2B carbon credit sales strategy. This role will focus on market research, ESG profiling, outreach execution, and deal support to help scale our corporate partnerships and unlock new opportunities. This is a full-time role in Dehradun or remote. The candidate will enjoy rich opportunities to create high impact in a fast moving startup. Key Responsibilities 1. ESG Research & Market Intelligence Build and maintain the ESG Profile Dossier, mapping the sustainability priorities, net-zero commitments, and carbon credit strategies of top target companies. Research regulatory trends, voluntary and compliance carbon markets, and key industry players to refine outreach strategies. Track corporate sustainability reports, investment announcements, and carbon credit purchases to identify potential buyers. 2. Outreach & Relationship Management Work closely with leadership to refine pitch decks, emails, and sales materials for corporate buyers. Engage with key stakeholders across sustainability, procurement, and trading teams at large enterprises. Conduct data-driven analysis of our carbon certification processes, ensuring alignment with Verra, Gold Standard, J-Credit, and other frameworks. Conduct market and pricing analysis for carbon credits, helping optimize Mitti Labs' pricing strategy in voluntary and compliance markets. Excellent Communicator: You know how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with decision-makers. Self-Starter & Detail-Oriented: You take ownership of tasks, manage multiple priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Passionate About Climate & Sustainability: You understand the urgency of climate action and want to work on solutions that drive impact. Preferred Qualifications Analytical skills and business analysis. Preferably 1-2 years with a top-tier consulting firm Ability to understand corporate sustainability reports and regulatory trends.
