Job Role
Directly responsible for acquisition of Trade & Forex clients through open market / New Business Development.
To achieve overall business targets on volumes and profitability from the ECG customers.
Responsible for achieving allocated targets pertaining to Current Account Acquisition, CASA Book, Trade & Forex, Asset Fee.
Ensure high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
Maintaining quality business by implementing the TAT and KYC norms
Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
Desired Candidate
Candidate should be a graduate / post-graduate having minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience with Bank in Trade & Forex.
Should have acquired HNI and SME clients organically i.e. from open market (without any ready leads) and should have built a strong client base in the respective town of his proposed posting.
Should be strictly a localise or at least should have spent 3 to 4 years in local market.
Should possess excellent communication skills.
