Are you looking for an awesome place to work, where you can proudly be your authentic self, and be part of #oneteam?
We are looking for a passionate team player who aligns with our values and culture, takes pride in their unique contributions, and can challenge the status quo with disruptive thinking. If this sounds like you, come and join us!
The Business Data Analyst will play a critical part in our product migration activities by collecting, validating, and cleansing service-related data from multiple platforms and systems. Beyond the technical aspects, this role also requires strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
You will work closely with billing, network operations, and commercial teams to ensure accurate, high-quality data, while also collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive effective data strategies. By following data "breadcrumbs" through systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow (SNOW), you will help determine the status of services (e.g., active or cancelled) and take corrective action where necessary, including raising cancellations for services that should no longer be active.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and consolidate service-related data from various internal systems and platforms, including Salesforce and SNOW. Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data consistency across multiple data sources
Identify and correct data quality issues, including outdated, duplicate, or incomplete service records. Execute data cleansing initiatives to maintain a reliable and up-to-date data repository, improving overall data quality
Raise cancellation requests with appropriate teams and follow through until confirmed action is taken
Work closely with billing, network operations, and commercial teams to gather input, clarify data-related questions, and ensure alignment of data management processes
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, service definitions, and operational workflows, ensuring that data accurately reflects current states
Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, validation, and cleansing processes through improved methodologies, tools, or automation.
Skills & Experience
A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
3-5 years demonstrated experience in a business and/or data analyst role
Experience in telecommunications or technology environment
Certifications or courses in data analysis, quality management, or business analysis methodologies are beneficial.
