The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Business Development Architect – Entertainment to build and scale Hush’s presence across the entertainment industry. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who understands how influence, relationships, and trust actually work in Hollywood—and who wants to help define a new category at the intersection of entertainment, privacy, and technology.
This is not a “run the script” sales role. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we engage entertainers and their inner circles, developing strategic entry points, and creating repeatable growth channels where none currently exist.
What You’ll Do
Own and expand Hush’s go-to-market strategy within the entertainment industry
Develop trusted relationships with entertainers, agents, managers, attorneys, agencies, and family offices
Identify and activate high-leverage distribution paths (firms, advisors, networks, referrals)
Translate entertainment-specific risk concerns into clear, compelling value propositions
Partner with leadership to refine positioning, pricing, and packaging for this market
Leverage technology, AI, and systems to scale relationship-driven sales
Serve as a subject-matter expert on entertainment-specific privacy and digital risk
Build a foundation that can scale into a team, vertical, or business unit
Who We’re Looking For
5–15 years of experience in entertainment, media, talent representation, legal, or enterprise sales into entertainment
Existing network across entertainers, agents, agencies, lawyers, managers, or family offices
Strong credibility and emotional intelligence—people trust you with sensitive matters
Experience selling high-touch, relationship-driven solutions (technology, services, or advisory)
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building without a playbook
Interested in transitioning entertainment expertise into a high-growth technology platform
Self-directed, accountable, and motivated by long-term career upside—not short-term transactions
Candidates may come from:
Selling into entertainment (technology, security, finance, legal, or advisory services)
Working inside entertainment and looking to transition into a technology-driven role
Advisory or relationship-based roles serving high-profile individuals
Location
This role is Los Angeles–based, with a strong preference for in-person relationship building. The entertainment business is personal—we expect you to be present.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
