The Business Development Associate collaborates with various Business Partners to drive company top-line growth. Your responsibilities include: Be an integral part of a dynamic team working to help shape the organization's future, Particpate in the implementation of our business plan, Work collaboratively with team to achieve strategic aims, Assist in the development of new busisness strategies and Participate in business meetings as well as manage your business duties. Requirements: No prior work experience needed, You must be able to speak, read and write the english langauge. There will be a learning process including several online webinars, books and interviews conducted by a panel of highly successful business partners to give proper knowledge on entrepreneurship before you begin. Skills: Highly self-motivated and results driven, Collaborative team player, good communication skills, creative and able to think out of the box - constantly striving to improve and proactive with the ability to work on own initiative.
