Job Description
As a Business Development Associate at NetBuilds, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of our IT services by proactively reaching out to potential business clients. You will be an integral part of our sales team, focusing on generating new leads, building relationships with prospects, and converting them into loyal clients.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Generate Leads:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
• Utilize various sources, including online platforms and databases, to generate leads.
• Cold call and email prospects to introduce NetBuilds' IT services and solutions.
• Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target companies.
2 Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to keep clients engaged and informed about NetBuilds' offerings.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or queries.
3 Sales Presentations and Proposals:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase NetBuilds' services.
• Customize proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business.
4 Collaborate with Internal Teams:
• Liaise with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance and trends.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.
