Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
• Registering children based on provided leads and a database.
• Identifying potential customers, creating pitches, and presenting them.
• Maintaining records of sales and revenue.
• Addressing objections by clarifying, convincing, and resolving differences with prospective and current clients to achieve positive outcomes.
• Introducing new services and enhancing existing relationships.
• Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales.
• Utilizing knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Submitting weekly progress reports and ensuring data accuracy.
• Accurately managing data within the company’s CRM.
• Forecasting sales targets and ensuring their achievement.
• Tracking and documenting activity on accounts and assisting in closing deals to meet targets.
• Understanding the company’s goals and purpose to continually improve its performance
