Business Development Manager - HR
We are looking Business Development Manager to add on to our team. HR Sculptors renders services in the HR Process & People Development space adding value to develop the organization from within. We provided HR Services like Recruitment, Staffing, HR Outsourcing, Training, Payroll Management, Background Verification, Legal compliance PF / ESIC / MLWF etc...
Relevant: 2 to 5 yrs.
Remuneration: 2.00 Lacs p.a. + Performance base incentives.
Academics: PGBDM / HR diploma
Industry Exposure: HR
Location: Remote working / Hybrid Working
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generating Leads with Business / HR Heads
Achieve the targets through aggressive strategy
Performing Meetings with potential Clients
Proposal Making, Client Meetings & Business Closure
Attend seminar, networking meetings to increase contacts
Making Presentations & Proposals follow through until client closure
Handling escalations and ensuring cordial client relationships on various parameters delivery optimum service
MIS Reporting on all Marketing activities
Support HR Operations at client locations through regular visits.
Acquire clients & develop the service verticals for Projects, Training, Staffing, Payroll, HR Outsourcing/ Payroll Management / Statutory Compliances.
Work on closure of recruitment positions and be part of the service delivery team
Job Specification:
Prior Marketing experience
Good Language Capabilities both oral and written
Good people handling skills
Awareness of the entire Employee Life Cycle
Understands the various HR functions
Dynamic and Confident with ability to perform under pressure
Understand the service industry and overall business cycle
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
