Position: Business Development Associate (IT Inside Sales)
Industry: IT Software / Solutions
Experience: 0.6 – 3 years
Salary: Rs. 2.40 LPA to 3.60 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end inside sales for IT software/solutions.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up for closures.
• Maintain strong relations with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for demos and client queries.
• Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and daily activity logs.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Good email drafting and proposal writing skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products/software solutions.
• Ability to handle sales targets and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
