Job Description
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the Jewelshala's unique way of learning and can help company grow. Your role will start with contacting Jewelers and Jewelry enthusiast to set up meetings, counsel the learners and convert them into admissions.
All interview selected candidates will become a part of Applicant training programme.
Training programme has two stages.
Stage-1
Duration- 2 weeks
Location- At office's location
Post completion of 2 weeks the trainee will be assessed on various parameters, Qualified trainees will be selected for 2nd Round of Training.
Stage- 2- On the Job Training
Duration: 4 weeks
Location- At office's location
Post completion of 4 weeks the trainee will be assessed on various parameters, Only qualifying trainees will become eligible to be offered as Business Development Associates.
Objectives of this Role
• Represent Jewel Shala's offering starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
• Develop a sales pipeline and execute action plans.
Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Personal integrity
• Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• PGDM/MBA
