About the role:
The role being offered is Business Development Associate. As a BDA your role will start with contacting potential customers, setting up meetings, and explain them the company's products and converting them into sales. The role will involve field sales.
Expected Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Building the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
• Skills with a positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.
Salary Structure (CTC): 2 LPA. to 3 LPA
Experience:- 0 to 2 years
