Job Description
We’re looking for a sales-driven BD/CS Executive who loves hunting for new business, pitching ideas, and closing deals—someone excited by growth, not just account maintenance.
Role Overview
You will manage the business development cycle end-to-end—from lead generation and pitching to closure and client onboarding—followed by client management, delivery coordination, and upselling opportunities.
This is a sales-first role.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities (inbound & outbound).
• Own the sales funnel: meetings, pitches, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Create customized pitches with internal strategy, creative, and tech teams.
• Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
• Post-closure, manage client relationships to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
• 2–3 years of client-facing experience in BD/sales (agency experience preferred).
• Strong outbound sales, pitching, and client acquisition skills.
• Comfortable selling technology-led marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven.
Bonus Points
• Industry connects in auto, BFSI, real estate, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle.
• Experience selling immersive or tech-driven campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, Excel).
• Understanding of RFP and proposal processes.
