About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential growth opportunities and analyze market trends to drive business development efforts.
2. Perform comprehensive market research to gain valuable insights into target industries and potential clients.
3. Work closely with the team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
4. Leverage social media platforms to enhance the organization's online presence and support investor relations efforts.
5. Draft engaging and informative content for business development collateral, including investor materials and promotional content.
6. Plan and monitor the company's presence and positioning on various social media channels, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
7. Utilize design tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts and investor relations materials.
8. Independently align business development initiatives with the overall brand messaging and investor relations goals.
+. Develop and maintain the client's website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest information.
10. Create and edit high-quality videos for social media, presentations, and other marketing purposes to enhance the company's visual content strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Client communication
· Reply to clients’ queries via email /phone in a timely and orderly fashion.
· Coordinating with realtors and schools
· Prepare program itinerary
· Make appointments with various schools, hospitals, clubs, etc for the clients.
· Monitor, track and report the entire program until closure to main office and client
· Timely follow-up with the clients/vendors on emails/calls
· Prepare weekly reports on clients progress
· Maintain internal MIS and Trackers
Conduct orientation Program on field and home search
· To assist client who wants to move to the new city to help understand & settle down in new city.
· Helping client find house through real-estate brokers and sourcing right property for them.
· To help them to source right school
· To help client to book a hotel if there is hotel requirement to stay in the hotel.
· To coordinate with immigration consultant to complete visa related services.
· To ensure client company is updated at all time with home search & the settling process of employees.
· Act as a point of escalation and resolution of issues that arise on a case-by-case basis
· Serve as a single point of accountability for the day-to-day operations - coordinating with IOS team and ensure client satisfaction.
MIS & Documentation
· Follow up and ensure to update progress details in internal ERP software.
· Collation of weekly reports
· Inter- Department Co-ordination
· Interact with relevant aligned services (P & M, Car rental. Immigration or Temp accommodation) as per requirement
· Preferably someone from hospitality background, hotel, travel, real estate, or service industry
Desired Profile
· Experience – Minimum 3 years
· Skills – Good communication skills
· Comfortable with field work for client visits
· Pref. – Having prior experience in facility management services
· Ready to travel in Hyderabad.
