The Role As a Mainframe MQ SME at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Experience · 8+ years of experience in Mainframe MQ. · Create, maintain and use automation scripts for MQ for z/OS monitoring, alerting and problem determination and resolution. · Design and Implement security aspects related to MQ. · Architect/Design Clustering, work load balancing in client environment. · Install and upgrade MQ for z/OS using ShopzSeries and SMP/E. · Knowledge in managing MQ subsystems in Mainframe. · MQ upgrade from one version to another version in z/os. · Administration of various MQ objects in Mainframe MQ. · Troubleshoot MQ problems using MQ command line and monitoring tools. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. • SME for MF MQ Application problem determination. • Technical guidance to the team. • Experience supporting high availability infrastructure operations and implementing/improving disaster recovery. •Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system software requirements to meet the organization's needs. • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. • Troubleshoot Infrastructure and Application issues related to MQ. Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Online Business Manager, you will work closely with one or more clients on either one or all of the following tasks:
- Ecommerce Assistance (Amazon Seller/Shopify)
