We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team and help expand our presence on the East Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in software sales, particularly in industries dealing with high-risk, complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business in the East Coast region.
Identify and engage key decision-makers in target sectors, including mining, energy, transport, utilities, and manufacturing.
Drive sales efforts for INX Software and K2fly solutions, focusing on risk, compliance, governance, and workforce management needs.
Build long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in software sales, preferably within the risk, compliance, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of the East Coast market, with established relationships across industries such as mining, energy, utilities, and manufacturing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Ability to understand complex software solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
