Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our graphic design and digital marketing startup. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. This position requires a strong understanding of both graphic design and digital marketing, along with excellent sales and relationship-building skills. You will collaborate closely with our team to develop and implement effective strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries who can benefit from our graphic design and digital marketing services.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our graphic design and digital marketing solutions.
Collaborate with the design and digital marketing teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.
Negotiate and close business deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to graphic design and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the graphic design and digital marketing industry.
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, digital marketing strategies, and tools used in the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade potential clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for success and a willingness to take initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand and address client needs effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
