Job Description
● Cold calling customers who are looking for properties ,understanding the requirement and provide the suitable property.
● Ensuring targets and daily metrics are achieved
● Ensuring End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective customer leads
● Scheduling property site visits with potential clients
● Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential customer & eventual deal closing
● Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
● Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation
Skills Required:
● Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Proficient in both Hindi & English
