We are growing our sales organization, and this is an opportunity to capitalize on our success and begin your journey with our Sales Development Team! In this role, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will work closely with our Client's Sales Executives as well their marketing teams to ensure high quality lead generation.
Responsibilities
Create new sales opportunities through outbound cold-calls, email and LinkedIn outreach.
Identify by means of research, a list of companies, shortlist contacts and create an outbound sales campaign.
Actively seek out new sales leads through by outreach efforts, networking and sending highly personalized, communications via email, calls and social messages.
Build long-term relationships based on trust and empathy with prospects and understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
Diligent tracking of outreach campaigns and aim to crush target numbers.
Requirements
1. Earlier experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
0-5 years' experience in Sales Development role.
2. Highly motivated individual, a sales enthusiast and zeal to deliver strong results.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
4. Experience in using tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Outreach
