Business Development Manager ( Key Accounts)

BE/B Tech/Electronics/Electrical mandatory & MBA Marketing/Sales (optional)
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience , All India exposure preferred , Mandatory experience Of managing sales for drives manufacturer / VFD eco system and / or having sold to automotive electronics ( EVs included ) manufacturer
Desired background & Skill
Having deep contacts with strategic stakeholders in key accounts.
Having worked in the field of electronics components / power electronics components / automation parts. Exp. In sales of Drives , VFD & all Automation related products & activities.
Experience of managing clients belonging to energy meters / lifts & elevators / cranes / UPS invertors / battery chargers / switchgear / CNC Machines, etc.
Familiarity with CRM packages like salesforce.com,zoho.com etc.
Current compensation package should necessarily include both fixed as well as performance linked component (minimum 20% of CTC), based on target achievement.
Role
To acquire business from large size key accounts
To Visit Customers, Meetings with clients to build relationships with New accounts
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. (Interdepartmental Coordination).
Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers
Research potential markets, conduct personal selling visits, organize sales promotions,
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as per strategy
To participate in exhibitions/ franchises/ Events/ Conference
To prepare reports
Work on Defence business opportunities and related vendor registrations
