Create a positive brand image and awareness among prospective students, and parents.
Have a good understanding of the course information and ensure proper handling of all queries of the students by effective Counselling.
Make the sales pitch according to the customers' behavior and requirements, showing the presence of mind.
Cold Calling and calling active or old potential contacts to encourage the enrolment of students.
Noting significant details of every discussion, create leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a counselor or admission counselor or in other admin roles with decent telecommunication skills.
Minimum High school diploma; Any graduation will be preferred.
Should be able to communicate fluently in these Languages- English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good knowledge of computer, should manage basic excel, maintain records
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over meetings and via inside sales.
Should be open to house visits for converting potential leads to admissions.
Ability to switch communication styles
