Job Description
The successful candidate will identify, develop, and manage strategic business relationships with clients and partners, generate new business opportunities, and expand the company's market presence. The Business Development Lead will work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute business development strategies, establish sales targets, and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Create effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market intelligence, and business development activities to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, including knowledge of various job markets, industries, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales techniques, and market research methods.
