Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibility
· Develop and deliver the strategy for new business development, marketing and communication, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity in close collaboration with the Business Development Head.
· Align the strategy with that of the organization, seeking to maximize effectiveness through collaboration.
· Manage sales pipeline
· Analyze the market, establish competitive advantages and set-up first meetings or contact with clients
· To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
· To identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
· Able to build brand building strategies. Identification and segregation of market segments.
· Creative Ideation mapping brand’s business goals to digital marketing goals.
· Building Strategic Alliances and Partnerships
· Develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing agency relationships.
· Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
Desired Skills
· 4+ years of relevant digital marketing, Social Media marketing, the online media sector.
· Experience of either digital sales or marketing within a digital business – Digital Media, Mobile, Digital Agency, Social Media Marketing, Media sales, Marketing & Communication
· Business Management Degree preferred
· Proven sales success and building up business and proven contacts list
· Proven new business development history
· Excellent relationship building, presentation and communication skills.
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Ideally worked for creative/digital Marketing agency with proven sales track record
· Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Digital Activation / Social Media Market and Trends
· Enthusiastic, Motivated, Self Driven, Assertive, Persuasive, Go Getter
