Position :
Business Development ManagerNeed - 8 year of experiences in Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering Consultancy, Construction or Building Material industry.
ï'§Business development & client relationship
• New business development & revenue maximization
• Strong networking base with developers and their top management
• Qualitative experience in service marketing, exposure in marketing of
architectural design service would be preferred
• Initiating and conducting Social Media Campaigns
ï'§Driving Market penetration thru
• PR activities
• Participating, Leading & Managing Events & Exhibitions in Existing
& Potential areas of growth
ï'§Client retention and relationship building
• To leverage on current client base
• To expand our services to other asset classes
ï'§Documentation
• Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements
• Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties
• Coordinate with project heads for raising invoices as and when required
