Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking and other procedure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and achievements to the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Highly focused, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
