Job Description
- Builds relationships with referring physicians, case managers, therapists, administrators and nurses to increase awareness of services and promote business opportunities. Maintains database of key referral sources.
- Must be able to get tie ups with corporates and other industries for expanding the business.
-Working closely with marketing to support programs and initiatives at the hospital with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
- Leading the Business Development Vertical by proposing a strategy for the vertical, managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical.
- Working with our on ground staff to understand their marketing requirements at a clinic level.
- Managing and coordinating on ground marketing initiatives, might include traveling to clinics often to collect survey information, feedback etc.
- Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews with senior management.
- Skills to widen the customer coverage, find out how the hospital is perceived and how it can improve.
- Identifies key growth opportunities in the market for potential joint ventures, new development or acquisition; directs activities related to new business initiatives and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed an undergraduate degree program
- Must have at least 3 – 5 years of prior experience in marketing, business development, human resources. Having worked for a healthcare / hospital in any capacity will be a plus.
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable representing the hospital at National level conferences.
- Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through with a focus on producing the highest quality product possible
- Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job - Maturity, excellent interpersonal skills.
