Job Description-
Job Roles and Responsibilities: BDM(Ahmedabad)
Meeting minimum number of clients daily on scheduled Appointments.
Daily update in CRM regarding daily planning, leads received & Follow ups
Leads to be converted into login and get it disbursed from Bank or NBFC which gives the best rates
Processing of loan applications, conducting due diligence, Client visits, ensure compliance of terms & conditions as per sanctioned terms, compliant documentation etc.
Ensure all the loan related process/queries are taken care so that loan disbursal happens smoothly
Ensure timely disbursal of loan from leads received from Customers/RBAs
Maintain relationships with business banking
Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Manage relationship with the customers by increasing business with existing clients and well as through Cross sell
Create awareness about MSME Bharat Manch to all the Business Owners.
Complete focus of Scheduling Meetings with Customers, with RupeeBoss Associates, Number of Logins, Cross Sell, Insurance, Number of Disbursal's on a daily basis/Weekly basis
