Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for commercial projects. The role involves building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients, along with achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and achieve assigned annual targets
• Manage and grow key client accounts
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and designers
• Get product specifications approved in commercial/office projects
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities
• Execute project orders and ensure timely delivery
• Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B / project sales
• Experience in commercial project selling is mandatory
• Background in modular furniture, tiles, carpets, partitions, or similar industry preferred
• Strong network with architects, purchase managers, and project teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
• Own conveyance required
