We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who’s got the hustle, the vision, and the charm to bring in new hospitality clients and grow with us!
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Strategy: Own the entire sales funnel – from cold calls to closing deals and onboarding new luxury hospitality clients.
Storytelling & Pitching: Sell creative solutions with a compelling narrative—think outside the box and make every pitch unforgettable.
Lead Generation & Research: Stay ahead of trends, identify potential clients, and craft smart strategies to bring them in.
Account Management: Be the bridge between our clients and the social media team, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier service.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A natural go-getter with 1-2 years of experience in business development or account management.
✔ A pro at communication and persuasion—your words should inspire action.
✔ Comfortable with traveling (because luxury hotels won’t visit themselves!)
✔ Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
✔ A Bachelor’s degree (but we care more about your passion & skills).
✔ Ability to work independently while vibing with a team.
