Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying leads, utilizing CRM systems, conducting email marketing campaigns, and leveraging your knowledge of digital marketing and content writing. Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product or service offerings.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
Leverage your knowledge of digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation efforts.
Create compelling and persuasive content, including sales proposals, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and designing.
Participate and attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-1 year experience in business development or sales roles.
Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in updating and managing customer data.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
Understanding of digital marketing techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to create persuasive content and sales collateral.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality.
