Description

Business Development Executive/ Manager is responsible for the ideation, development and potential growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence in the home automation sector. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of home automation solutions, including Wired & Wireless products.

2-5 years in Interior designing/Home automation field.

Key Responsibilities

Generating Leads

· To tie-up with Suppliers like: AC vendors, Electrician, Contractors, Architects & Interior Decorators

· Meet existing clients for creating referral.

Converting Leads into Orders

· Call the prospects and qualify the prospect

· Fix appointment with the prospect to understand his requirement by visiting site or call him/her to experience the solution in our demo room

· Get the drawing of the site and make quotation.

· Give quotation to the client (BOQ)

· Negotiation takes place on quote.

· Order is finalized with payment terms

· Get the advance payment

Processing of Orders

· Get the CAD drawing from the architect and hand it over to Designer along the BOQ.

· Designer designs 2D drawings as per BOQ and get it approved from the architect.

· In case of any variation from planned layout, discuss with the Architect and Customer. Reach a consensus.

Receiving Payments

· Technical Team informs about the developments at the client site.

· Request the customer to make advance payments.

· After getting the payment, inform the material management team to procure the material and supply it at the client site.

Final Inspection, and balance payment

· Installation team or Customer informs the sales team that installation is complete.

· Final inspection is conducted along with installation team in front of the customer.

· Final Calculation of the material installed at the client site is calculated.

· Final instalment of the payment is received.

Regular touch with existing customers

· Call in frequently with the customers to find out how the product is going on.

MIS:

· Weekly new lead report with data of all category

· Weekly meeting report

· Weekly conversion

· Weekly status of orders in pipeline with Payment status

· Old payment due status

Female Candidate preferred.

Experience: 2-5 years in Interior designing/Home automation field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
