Job Title: Subject Matter Expert- Health (Freelancing Position)

We are inviting applications for freelance subject matter experts to support our content development for the NIACL Administrative Officer (Scale-I) – Health specialization.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Health, you will play a key role in creating, reviewing, and updating academic content. This includes question creation (MCQs), explanations, case-study-based scenarios, study notes, and test series, designed to help aspirants crack the exam with confidence. The content required is in line with the syllabus outlined in the notification.

Responsibilities:

- Create study notes, summaries, and academic content based on the topics outlined below - Develop and review MCQs and explanations from the AO Health syllabus

- Contribute to mock tests, topic-wise quizzes, and assignments

- Ensure content accuracy and maintain conceptual depth

- Align content with the following syllabus areas:

▪ General Medicine

▪ Basics of General Anatomy

▪ Basics of General Physiology

▪ Basics of General Biochemistry

▪ Basics of General Microbiology & Immunology

▪ Basics of Forensic Medicine

▪ Basics of Preventive & Social Medicine

▪ Basics of Obstetrics, Gynaecology & Paediatrics

- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver learner-centric resources

- Stay updated with government exam trends and syllabus updates

Eligibility & Skill Requirements Educational Qualification:

▪ MBBS/MD/MS or BDS/MDS or BAMS/BHMS from a recognized University

▪ Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience or experience in medical content development

Profile Fit:

- Strong academic knowledge across the outlined syllabus

- Ability to simplify medical concepts for exam aspirants

- Prior experience in teaching, content writing, or competitive exam preparation (preferred)

- Good written communication skills

- Comfort with using digital platforms and content tools

- Comfortable with using online content tools and formats

Work Model:

- Type: Freelance / Project-based

- Location: Remote

- Compensation: Per-task basis (Questions, Notes, Assignments, etc.); flexible payout based on quality and volume of work

- Commitment: Based on the timelines discussed at the time of onboarding
