Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.
Create and execute business development plans to achieve sales goals and market expansion.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, online research, cold calling, and events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Present company products/services effectively to potential customers.
3. Sales & Negotiation
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Lead negotiations and close business deals that achieve revenue targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market trends.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track key performance metrics and prepare regular business development reports.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
Monitor ROI on various business development initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
