Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets for cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Gurugram market, targeting mid-market and enterprise-level clients across various industries (e.g., BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail).
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client cybersecurity challenges, pain points, and business objectives.
• Develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions, demonstrating a clear understanding of our product portfolio and how it addresses client needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices.
• Foster customer loyalty and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams to help refine our offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Reporting & Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and generate leads.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of progressive sales experience in the IT/Software industry, with at least 2-3 years specifically in cybersecurity sales. (Adjust years of experience based on seniority level desired).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, including but not limited to:
• Endpoint Security (EPP, EDR)
• Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN)
• Cloud Security (CASB, CSPM, CWPP)
• Data Security (DLP, Encryption)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM)
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) / Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
• Vulnerability Management & Penetration Testing
• Managed Security Services (MSSP, SOC services)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect cybersecurity solutions to business outcomes.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
• Ability to travel within Gurugram and occasionally to other parts of Delhi NCR as required.
