Job Description
We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager for our Thane location who thrives on identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the events and experiential space.
Business Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus):
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across corporate events, experiential marketing, and integrated campaign solutions.
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company’s service offerings, including creative strategy, audience acquisition, and lead generation.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Build and nurture long-term client partnerships to generate repeat business and sustainable account growth.
Lead end-to-end pitching efforts—conceptualization, solutioning, proposal creation, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with internal creative and execution teams to design high-impact, insight-led solutions aligned with client objectives.
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to proactively position new offerings and innovations.
Strategic Account Oversight:
Maintain senior-level relationships with key accounts to ensure continued growth and satisfaction.
Provide strategic direction during project kick-offs to ensure solutions align with the original business pitch.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions, commercial closure, and timely collections.
What We’re Looking For:
5–6 years of experience in business development within the event, experiential, or BTL marketing solutions industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, acquiring new clients, and growing existing accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in solution selling and consultative pitching.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a high-value sales pipeline in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A strategic thinker who can translate client challenges into revenue-generating opportunities.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per year

Schedule: Full-time | 6 days/week (event-based flexibility required)
