Job Description
Seeking a Technology Management Senior Analyst to support Rates trading and risk systems using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of real-time trading applications while partnering with Traders, Strategists, and Developers. Responsibilities include managing production incidents, improving monitoring and automation, and promoting engineering best practices to reduce operational risk.

What You’ll Do
• Provide first-line support for Rates trading applications, resolving production incidents quickly
• Perform root cause analysis and lead blameless post-incident reviews
• Communicate incident status, impact, and remediation plans to business and technology stakeholders
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve system stability
• Support capacity planning and cost optimization of technology resources
• Partner with development teams to design and support scalable, resilient solutions
Skills You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting front-office trading systems in financial services
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, SQL, and scripting languages
• Experience applying SRE principles in production environments
• Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes
Skills That Will Help You Excel
• Programming experience in Python or Java
• Knowledge of fixed income products, market data feeds, and the trading lifecycle
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Geneos
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with an interest in automation and mentoring
